Registration procedure
- Sign the online quote (an email will be sent to your address once you have signed it)
- The Terms and Conditions will be sent to you and must be signed.
- You will receive a payment link via a secure online platform to pay the deposit (50% of the total cost of the trip).
Only once you have signed the quote and the Terms and Conditions and paid the deposit will your motorbike booking be confirmed. The balance for your trip must be paid 45 days before the departure date. You will automatically receive an email.
Preparing for your trip after booking
If you book well in advance (at least 3 months before your departure date), you will receive 4 emails to help you prepare for your trip as effectively as possible. It is important to follow the instructions carefully.
- 1st email: immediately after your booking
- 2nd email: 90 days before departure
- 3rd email: 60 days before departure
- 4th email: 15 days before departure
