It is forbidden to import electronic cigarettes into India. There are fines for any infringement of the regulations. Keep this information in mind for the start of your trip to Bhutan, as the first part of your journey begins in India.

For your trip to Bhutan, it's best to bring an adaptor, as not all plugs are adapted to European ones (230 volts with a frequency of 50 Hz).
